Where information for maximum temperature readings is required.
The main application is for high-voltage transformers to control the temperature of the cooling oil.
The mounted sliding red pointer on the window is moved from the indicating pointer and remains at the place of the maximum reading. The red pointer has to be manually moved to the starting position by a button on the window.
